We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues while provisioning. But we do support QR code method provisioning to device running Android 7 and Above. So it should work for your devices.
In your case, it can be a Wifi AP issue.
Please make sure that Wifi AP you have added in the template is available at the time of provisioning and the credentials are correct.

Tested on Lenovo M10 1 Gen, Lenovo M10 2 Gen, Lenovo M8 tablets
Provisioning template - QA Galina template:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Factory reset your device
2. Tap 6 times on the Welcome screen
3. Select a template to view a QR code
4. Once the camera opens on the device, scan a QR code
Actual result: it shows "Couldn't connect to wifi" error
Expected result: Devise should be provisioned
Question: Does Esper support QR code method for devices with Android 9 and above?
